Waxing The City

I went here for my appointment at 2:00 and arrived at 2:07 and received a text a 2:04 to confirm my appointment. However, When i arrived i was told i could no longer be seen because i was late by 2 min. I am a frequent of the midtown location and NEVER heard of this policy. The lady at the front desk didn’t even give an explanation as to why she sent me a message at 2:04 or show me where this policy is implemented. However, it was no issue when i none person of color was there conveniently at my appointment time and none else was there in the office. I have already reached out to corporate and hope that this lady at front desk learn better customer service and know how to explain and show customers where the policies are other than a i don’t know. If i could give 0 stars i would!

Have seen Tiana a few times now for a Brazilian and she has done a such wonderful job making me feel so comfortable during the session. She is knowledgeable and talks you through what she’s doing for your first time and if you’re a seasoned pro, her conversation skills keep your mind off the task at hand which is so appreciated! The rooms and entire salon always look super clean which gives peace of mind as well. Highly recommend!

I love coming here for my waxes! Tiana and Alo both do a great job and are so fun to talk to. I leave the building feeling positive and excited for my next appointment. The front desk people are always so kind and helpful too! Great community of employees and a clean environment!
